Recepiti in una nuova ordinanza del presidente Bonaccini i protocolli per palestre e piscine.
Palestre e piscine, da lunedì 25 maggio si parte. Sono stati approvati i protocolli con regole e requisiti condivisi dal tavolo regionale che ha riunito le associazioni di categoria, i sindacati e i Comuni.
Il provvedimento formalizza anche la riapertura anticipata degli stabilimenti balneari da sabato 23 maggio.
Fra le misure previste, no all’assembramento dei clienti all’ingresso delle strutture, installazione di dispenser con gel igienizzanti per la pulizia delle mani e di apposita cartellonistica sulle regole di comportamento da seguire, rispetto del distanziamento di almeno un metro tra le persone sedute e delle regole di igiene e pulizia dei locali. Obbligo di mascherine per clienti e personale nelle palestre.
Di seguito, alcuni dei punti principali dei protocolli per Piscine e Palestre.
Palestre
I gestori delle palestre sono tenuti ad informare clienti e personale addetto in merito a quanto prevedono le disposizioni in vigore, anche con cartelli esplicativi e depliant.
L’ingresso dei clienti deve evitare gli assembramenti ed assicurare il distanziamento di almeno un metro tra una persona e l’altra.
Inoltre, specifica il protocollo, l’accesso alle strutture è consentito se protetti da mascherine chirurgiche (o analoghe mascherine consentite) che dovranno essere indossate anche durante la permanenza nelle aree comuni, tranne durante lo svolgimento dell’attività sportiva/motoria.
Questo vale anche per il personale addetto al ricevimento dei clienti, rispettando sempre il distanziamento sociale.
Potrà inoltre essere rilevata all’ingresso la temperatura corporea, tramite termometro digitale senza contatto, e anche sul versante delle norme igieniche, al di là di quelle basilari sulla sanificazione degli attrezzi e degli ambienti e sulla fornitura di dispenser di gel igienizzanti, i frequentatori delle palestre non potranno condividere cibo, bottigliette dell’acqua e vestiario.
Quanto ai servizi igienici e spogliatoi, si raccomanda di organizzare gli spazi per consentire il distanziamento, anche in questo caso di almeno un metro e di non consentire l’uso promiscuo degli armadietti mettendo a disposizione dei sacchetti per riporre gli effetti personali.
Infine, sarà necessario garantire una aerazione adeguata dei locali, naturale e con impianti di ventilazione.

Piscine
Anche nel caso di questi impianti è necessario predisporre una adeguata cartellonistica, che informi delle norme di sicurezza che occorre rispettare.
È obbligatorio l’uso delle mascherine negli ambienti chiusi tipo reception, spogliatoi, servizi, bar, ecc… e negli ambienti all’aperto dove non è possibile mantenere il distanziamento di un metro (ingressi, percorsi, ecc.).
Deve essere assicurata la pulizia e disinfezione quotidiana dei locali, ambienti, sezioni, postazioni di lavoro.
Deve essere svolta, inoltre, una regolare e frequente pulizia e disinfezione delle aree comuni, spogliatoi, cabine, docce, servizi igienici, attrezzature (sdraio, sedie, lettini, incluse attrezzature galleggianti, natanti, etc.).
Le attrezzature come ad esempio lettini, sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni etc. vanno disinfettati ad ogni cambio di persona o nucleo famigliare. Occorre anche garantire la disponibilità in vari punti di erogatori con soluzione disinfettante per l’igienizzazione delle mani.
Garantire il corretto distanziamento tra le persone, occorre definire misure di distanziamento minime nelle vasche e aree pertinenti nonché nel solarium e tra le attrezzature disponibili, fermo restando che deve in ogni caso essere assicurato il distanziamento interpersonale di almeno un metro.
Ombrelloni. Per quanto riguarda gli ombrelloni nelle aree esterne, dovrà essere rispetto del limite minimo di distanza tra ombrelloni della stessa fila e tra file.
Il limite deve garantire una superficie minima ad ombrellone di 12 metri quadrati a paletto.
Spogliatoi e docce. Per quanto riguarda questi locali occorre assicurare le distanze di almeno 1 metro. Tutti gli indumenti e oggetti personali devono essere riposti dentro la borsa personale, anche se depositati negli armadietti; non è consentito l’uso promiscuo degli armadietti.
Per quanto riguarda servizi igienici e docce, occorre prevedere la pulizia più volte durante la giornata e la disinfezione a fine giornata dopo la chiusura. All’interno del servizio deve essere disponibile igienizzante per le mani. Inoltre deve essere disponibile un Kit con accessori per l’autopulizia con prodotti detergenti e strumenti usa e getta per i clienti.
Le aree giochi per bambini vanno delimitate ed individuate, indicando il numero massimo di bambini consentiti all’interno dell’area.
Le piscine dedicate ai giochi acquatici devono essere convertite in vasche per la balneazione.
